Natural Dyes
I’ve been playing with colorful, natural dyes in the kitchen this week, and I wanted to share: how beautiful natural colorants can be, how to make “cracked dinosaur eggs,” and a pretty little tip for using the remainder of your natural liquid dye.

Resilience
10 Takeaways from a Wellness Coach in 2020:
Being a Wellness Coach to such amazing clients in 2020 has reinforced a few important things for me:
2021 Potential
2021 holds great potential for change and feels like a push to expand us individually and spiritually. The intensity of 2020 is (almost) over thanks to the ending of the Capricorn stellium that brought the world to lock-down. However, there is likely to be more shifting and movement as people seek freedom and realign as a result of the changes 2020 helped initiate.
Rooted + Glowing
This week, I had a client ask if I preferred using a juicer or blender. I answered her with an image, because sometimes a picture can say it all!
Dream Routine
Four practical tips and one helpful tool to reclaim your power, time, and mental health from social media.
Among the Pines
Pines clear a path. Its essential oil is known to be supportive of the respiratory system and immune system, anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, and analgesic (pain-relieving).
A Long, Lovely Break
consciously managing our “inputs” is the ultimate form of self-care. Setting limits to protect valuable time and energy creates space to do more of what you love.
Heart of Summer
Here we are in the heart of summer.☀️
I hope you are enjoying the sweet summer heat. These days are the longest of the year, yet are a fleeting reminder to be playful, carefree, and wild. Although they feel hot, sticky, and slow, and they still somehow pass too quickly.
Summer Self-Care
There has never been a better time to ensure healthy self-care routines. Nurturing the mind, body, and healthy connections with others is an ideal way to directly address stress.
Perfect Potpourri
Since nothing feels quite like being comfortable at home, I wanted to share one of my favorite tips for keeping my home smelling cozy and inviting! Over the past few years I’ve tried to waste less and use more natural methods for just about everything - including home fragrance. While I could employ diffusers to do this job, there is nothing that can fill an entire home with an incredible aroma like stove-top potpourri.
Edible Blossoms
Earlier this week, I stepped into the garden and found these beautiful yellow zucchini blossoms in abundance almost overnight! I posted this picture on facebook and mentioned what a delicious edible treat squash and zucchini blossoms can be. I received a handful of messages asking to know more!
