SPRING THINGS
Let’s play:
When is the last time you felt inspired and aligned?
When’s the last time you felt fresh breath breathed into your life?
What if God came to you today and said,
In Between
Welcome to the in-between.
Feet still in winter, hands grabbing towards spring.
Fresh starts are on the horizon, but we’re not quite there… yet.
Lazy Way
We have (roughly) another month before spring springs, so if you feel more like hibernating than hiking, you’re on nature’s time.
I thought this would be an ideal time to share my favorite lazy ways to gain better health.
These small steps will help get you through these cold winter days without expending too much energy.
They’re a perfect precursor to spring when energy levels naturally increase.
CLEAN THREADS
What are you wearing?
What is it made of?
Is it healthy for you?
I have been shocked to learn how toxic our clothes can be.
Some “eco-friendly” fabrics are even made with recycled materials, like plastics, that break down after wear and use into micro-plastics and other forever-chemicals. These hormone and health disrupters have been linked to numerous illnesses and dysfunctions.

Hollow man
In my experience as a Wellness Consultant, working with men and women does not feel the same.
The collective burdens we carry and the roles we play seem to move through us differently.
10 Shares + A Prayer
One of the things I love my most about working with clients is how dynamic and unique each conversation is. Here are 10 links I have shared with clients over the past week. Perhaps you’ll find something interesting or helpful, as well!
