Preserving Petals
Flowers naturally carry a high vibration. I’m sharing why this time of year is great for gifting flowers, a few of my favorite flower vendors, and my best tips on preserving petals.
Balneotherapy
I’m an advocate for self-care, relaxation, and deep soaks. Weaving aromatherapy into the bath is an ancient practice with modern benefits, like: promoting deep relaxation, decreasing the feelings of stress, and soothing tension in the body.
Gift Cards
I’m excited to share that gift cards are now available on the website!
Most of my business still comes the “old-fashioned” way, through word of mouth, and I consider it the highest compliment to be shared with family and friends.
MIDDLE YEARS
I work with a lot of people who spend their 30’s, 40’s and 50’s recovering from the side effects of having been highly driven in their early years.
Yes, all of that pushing that catches up to us at some point - usually:
CREATING SUCCESS
I have noticed consistent behaviors among clients that consider themselves successful. As I share the 8 Habits of Successful People…
POWER FOODS
As a Holistic Nutritionist, I regularly see how simple shifts in nutrition can impact mood, thought patterns, and daily energy levels. Simply put, nutrient-rich food helps you feel better.
MIXED TAPE
Music can be a healthy tool for managing mood, and it’s one of my favorite ways to support a client after a session. This week felt particularly intense for some of my clients. I put together a playlist of some of the songs I shared this week. Perhaps one of these songs might help carry you through, as well.
GROUNDING
The simple connection of skin (especially the feet) to the bare earth allows for a natural recalibration. It is hypothesized that the body is able to absorb electrons on the Earth’s surface that become antioxidants in the body. This electrical connection has been scientifically researched, and the results indicate that directly connecting to the earth can offer better sleep, improved mental health, and even reductions in pain.
Changes
As a Holistic Coach and Consultant, I have the pleasure of working with clients through times of change. Navigating change can be tricky because it pulls us out of our comfort zone. Although change may create uncomfortable moments, it can also add a richness to our life, create wisdom, and inspire depth of character.
Change can be a catalyst for immense personal growth.
Summer Starts
HAPPY SUMMER SOLSTICE!
Solstice means sun standing still. Today marks the first day of summer and the longest day of the year. With more abundant sunshine, this can be the time of year when we can really lighten up. Here are a few tips:
A Whole Life
If you are needing some encouragement, consider this your reminder to: GO ALL IN.
PLAY ON
This weekend, my best friend and I took a trip to see the Dave Matthews Band play in Charlotte, NC. It had been far too long since we had seen each other, and we had more fun than we could have imagined. It was a wonderful getaway that reminded me of the importance of having fun, because “Life is short, but sweet, for certain.” - Two Step, Dave Matthews

EARTH MAGIC
Sharing one my my most magical EARTH stories:
There’s nothing quite like calling the woods “HOME” for the night. It’s one of my favorite ways to rest and reset, and I’m blessed to have found a fearless friend who also loves to explore the woods, get dirty, build fires, enjoy silence, and search for…

Habit helper
Learning to evaluate personal habits is one of the most invaluable tools for developing self-growth, wellness, and happiness. This is why, as a coach, some of the topics that I commonly discuss with clients first are their personal habits.
Earth Medicine
Last year, I completed a course in indigenous plant medicine that further reinforced my belief that God has given us a cure for anything that ails us.
Exploring the relationships between nature and people always inspires fresh, new ways of approaching healthy living, and I love weaving these ancient perspectives into my work with clients.
