September is the glorious bridge between summer and fall.

It’s a transition point.

This season brings both the harvest and the end of the fertile growing season.

Can you feel the change?

This is an ideal time to clean up routines, diet, and spaces.

What needs to be released?

We have been through a lot, individually and collectively, and what we value has likely changed.

Although we may be more attuned to our values, things may not be quite ready to expand - yet.

The feelings of freedom and summer fun take on a more serious tone as we settle into more defined routines.

There’s work to be done, and although it may feel a bit contracted at times, we can use this time to gain clarity within ourselves and efficiency in our own lives.

Organize, declutter, clean up the mind and the body, and help prepare for the coming fall and winter.
