5 New Things

I put a challenge out to one of my small groups.  This week was our final meeting week, and as we are wrapping up, I challenged us all to try 5 new things this week. 

Of course, I participated. Here are my 5 new things:

1. I drifted in a float tank.   I loved the total buoyancy, complete darkness, and total silence for 60 mins.  A little sensory deprivation felt incredible! https://driftgreenville.com


2. 
I was accepted into a new bodywork program. More to come on this, as I am so eager to dive more deeply into the nervous system and offer deeper experiences.


3. 
Made a personal investment in my local community. I’ve been making a point to learn more, diversify, and try new things financially.  I made an investment in a local project in @cityofgreenvillesc because I love where I live and it’s a thriving, beautiful city.  Check out what makes Greenville, SC an incredible place to live.


4.
I experienced LED Light Therapy, also at the spa mentioned above. It felt a bit like a natural psychedelic experience. I loved the reclined position and soft music that helped my thoughts felt away.  It was lovely not thinking for long while.

5. I’m grateful for BRAVE, new conversations.  Sometimes it’s more than a conversation, it’s an experience.  I’ve been so blessed to connect with the most incredible people around the world.  Sometimes, one comes along, cracks your heart wide open, and changes the way you see.
