I am a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, Holistic Nutritionist, and Professional Aromatherapist. I’m also Reiki attuned and Yin Yoga certified, and have spent decades studying how our health is impacted by stress, emotion, and habits.
Having a holistic mindset allows me to offer clients a safe space to be supported, uplifted, encouraged, and truly heard.

The Path to Now
After completing my Bachelor’s of Science, I worked for two of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies. Twice, I earned Sales Specialist of the Year, an enormous professional accomplishment that taught me the tremendous value in having a focused plan and a winner’s mindset.
After a decade of selling medications for Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's Disease, Schizophrenia, ADHD, Bipolar, and Depression, I became curious about wellness. That burning curiosity, my own spinal surgery, and a love for nature ultimately brought me to becoming certified as a Holistic Nutritionist, Professional Aromatherapist, Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, and Yin Yoga Instructor.

I have spent thousands of hours studying nature, psychology, coaching, plants, energy, relationships, neuroscience, and the human body - simply to have a greater understanding and appreciation of what it truly means to be alive.
