Happy Spring! 


Hello, friends!

We made it!

The end of the winter can feel long, like it's digging in its heels in strong protest.  

We can get lost in shorter days, cozy cuddles on the couch, and long hibernations, but look around and you’ll find that things have changed.  

All around, green is emerging and buds are bursting open.  

You may even notice your spark returning.

Spring has sprung - like it or not - and this marks the true beginning of a new year, so

Happy New Year!

This is an ideal time for setting new resolutions, habits, and routines, and you may be more effective now than with your January resolutions. Now, nature’s on your side.

If that seems like “too much too soon,” simply take time to consider the seeds you want to plant {the goals you want to set}, find time for a nice long stretch, and enjoy the fresh spring air!

I'm diffusing peppermint and lemon today because it's uplifting, refreshing, and it reminds me of the scratch-n-sniff stickers from elementary school letting me know that I did a "Good job!"
