I listened to Dr. Jean Bokelmann give a presentation entitled “Beyond Covid: Restoring Wellness through PhytoAromatherapy.”
She highlighted that:
Women were more likely to experience “long-covid.”
The hardest hit age range was 40-49, and
“long-covid” is a mix of more than 200 varying symptoms.

Nutritional Tip

Beautiful moments from the end of Winter
A few of my favorite winter moments: meeting a dear friend for a hot cuppa tea or coffee, lots of homemade guacamole, waiting for the daffodils to bring the promise of spring, homemade sourdough and mozzarella, and the first glimpses of pink.

I survived and enjoyed Spring Break with teen boys and rose with the sun each morning.
SPRING HAS SPRUNG
I am loving the gorgeous spring colors, and it’s almost Farmer’s Market season! I met a few local vendors and enjoyed treats at our winter market. Imported olive oil from Gold King is incredible and Smoked Gouda Pimento and Cheese from Humble Roots is divine!
