MIXED TAPE
I hope you’re enjoying this Full Moon weekend!
The Moody Moon
Teachers and Emergency Room staff often share that the energy is distinctly different around the full moon. They often describe others as more wild and intense.
It makes you wonder if the moon’s cycles actually drive people crazy.
After all, the moon, known as luna, holds the root word for lunacy!
Mood Music
Music can be a healthy tool for managing mood, and it’s one of my favorite ways to support a client after a session.
This week felt particularly intense for some of my clients.
I put together a playlist of some of the supportive songs I shared this week. Perhaps one of these songs might help carry you through, as well.
ACCESS the Playlist
You can access the FULL MOON playlist here, or scroll through the individual tunes below to see if one stands out tp you.
Please share your favorite supportive song in the comments, and I’d love to know:
Are you more sensitive during the full moon? More moody? More tired? More creative?
Happy Weekend!
💚J
PS - Let me know if you’d like more playlists. I have ones for focus, relaxation, motivation, and more!
This is Dedicated to…
the one who has found that new love can unravel and untangle old knots. It’s thrilling, healing, and deeply intimate.
the one who needs more support moving forward. It is ok to rest. It is ok to receive help from others.
the one who has reprioritized family time and is committed to being more present.
the one who is learning to get out of her head and into her body. Try dancing in the dark to this one.
the one who is overwhelmed and just needs three minutes to be left in solitude.
the one who only has one minute to calm + ground before important meetings. (Wear headphones or earbuds)
the one who needs the gentle reminder that we are all here to carry each other.
the one who has more patience than she knows.
the one who is learning to listen to her heart.
the one who wanted a peaceful way to wake up in the mornings.
the one who is asking “Can the child within my heart rise above?”
the one for whom life suddenly feels more precious.
