June is named after Juno, the Roman goddess of marriage and children.

According to mythology, she was Jupiter’s wife and was an important guardian of the people (especially women) whose protection was often sought.

This may be why June is the most popular month for marriages.

  1. Catch some morning sun with no sunglasses. Unfiltered morning light is a powerful way to boost energy, enhance mood, and improve sleep.
