Changes
As a Holistic Coach and Consultant, I have the pleasure of working with clients through times of change.
Navigating change can be tricky because it pulls us out of our comfort zone. Although change may create uncomfortable moments, it can also add a richness to our life, create wisdom, and inspire depth of character.
Change can be a catalyst for immense personal growth.
Catalyst for Change
Merriam-Webster defines catalyst as: an agent that provokes or speeds significant change or action.
There are two types of catalysts for change - internal and external.
Internally initiated changes are driven by a personal desire to change in order to accomplish or achieve a particular experience. An example might be deciding to lose weight or to learn a new skill.
Externally initiated changes are in reaction or response to external circumstances and are often beyond personal control. An example would be having to find a new job after being unexpectedly let go or a spouse asking for a divorce.

how we respond determines our experience.
PLOT TWIST
Change can create a “plot twist” in our personal story.
It can provide an opportunity to upgrade, innovate, and make new connections.
It can be the breakdown that leads to a breakthrough.
If you find yourself in a plot twist, remember that change is inevitable. It’s a natural part of life.
How we respond to the change frames our experience.
