EXPLORING ANGER
a NEW guided, introspective and self-reflective workshop
Anger is a natural human emotion.
As a coach and consultant, I see the that many of us have a complicated relationship with anger.
I am saddened at how often anger is suppressed and repressed, and how often that leaves people feeling depressed.
The spectrum of anger is quite broad.
Anger is often vilified as destructive, violent, and non-productive.
If not dealt with in a healthy, productive manner, anger can be corrosive. It has been linked to numerous health conditions and decreased quality of life.
While it can certainly be all of those things, anger can also be:
a helpful warning sign,
an emotional catalyst for action,
a primal survival instinct,
and a trigger for connection with our sacred power.
This deeply personalized, holistic workshop is designed to help you:
hear what anger is telling you,
shift your relationship with anger,
and move through anger to create meaningful changes in your life.
A few intensive hours focused on anger and its impact on your life will help you harness this potent emotion for purpose, power, and passion!
